The HiK Consulting – BPO team assigned a pool of highly skilled professionals for the customer, which work in a “as a Service” way, with a ticketing system (Jira Service Desk) as a common service request entrance.
Defining solution, software and infrastructure architecture for existing and new applications, are some of the responsibilities for the service.
The pool also delivers solutions for DevOps-enabling implementations, like build and release automation with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, Ansible roles and playbooks to perform multiple host repetitive operations, Powershell scripts, Infrastructure as Code implementations for new applications, etc.
